Total Labor Services was founded in 2015 by Joy Fox. Our mission is to provide each customer with exceptional cleaning services and well trained temporary labor.

Our Certifications

MBE Certification- The State of Ohio’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Program is designed to assist minority-owned businesses in obtaining state government contracts through a set aside procurement program for goods and services.

WBE Certification- Woman Business Enterprise Certification is a business which has gone through a rigorous and stringent certification process to confirm the business is owned, managed, and controlled by a woman or women.

MWBE Certification- Minority, Woman Business Enterprise Certification is a special designation given to firms that meet the criteria for BOTH MBE and WBE certification.

DBE Certification- Diverse Business Enterprise Certification is a denotation that is awarded to businesses in Ohio that are at least 51% owned by a ‘disadvantaged’ member of the population. In Ohio, there are certification programs for minorities, women owned businesses and many other minority segments.
